1. When will registration materials about the 2005 Conference be mailed to me?
  Registration for the 2005 Conference will only be available online.
2. Where do I mail my check for conference registration?
  If you are not using a credit card to pay registration fees, once you have completed the online registration process, choose the “check” payment option. Make your check payable to “VCU” and mail to P.O. Box 843075, Richmond, VA 23284-0385, attention Nancy Buchanan. Be sure to include a copy of your registration confirmation e-mail.
3. Are the Opening and Closing Events included in the Conference registration fee?
  Yes, both events are included in the registration fee for full conference registrants. Guests can register separately for these events and fees as outlined under guest registration.
4. What is the 2005 AUREO Conference cancellation policy?
  A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed to requests for refunds made in writing before Friday, Aug. 16, 2005. After that date, there will be no refunds made.
5. Is there a way to itemize registration and extras so I can make payments accordingly?
  If you are paying by credit card you can reimburse your university for the extras. If you are paying by check, you can write one check for registration and one check for the extras.
6. Can I rent golf clubs for the golf tournament instead of bringing my own?
  Yes. The Crossings has clubs for rent at a cost of $20. If you would like to reserve a set, please e-mail Peggy Tucker at monarchmeetings@aol.com. Be sure to specify either left or right nanded clubs.
7. Why does the hotel's Web page not list the AUREO's conference rate when I put in my arrival and departure dates?
  The hotel is not set up to take reservations for groups online. You will need to call the hotel, (800) THE-OMNI or (804) 344-7000, and be sure to let them know you are attending the Association of University Real Estate Officials conference.
