The conference registration fee allows for participation
in all activities associated with the meeting, as well as the following
special events
and tours: opening reception (Sunday), campus bus tour (Monday),
and river cruise and dinner (Tuesday). While there are no additional
fees
for participation in these special events and tours, registrants are
requested to make reservations for each function they plan to attend.
This information will be used in confirming guarantees and other vendor
arrangements.
The following activities are NOT included in the registration fee:
Golf Outing (Sunday)—See description for
details on location, costs, and sign-up procedures for this event.
DineAround (Monday)—See description for
details on locations that have been selected. Sign-up will take place
at the conference. There is no charge to sign up for the dine-around,
but all participants are responsible for their own restaurant charges.
FYI regarding transportation services provided during the conference:
For those who participate in the campus tour and the dine-around
(immediately following), the tour bus will deliver you to
your dining destination.
Diners will be on their own for the return trip. No transportation
service is required for the river cruise, as the dock is
just a few blocks away from the hotel.
Accompanying Guests
Your registration form can be used to purchase tickets for
accompanying guests for the activities listed below.

as well meal functions provided during the meeting. In addition to the
welcoming reception, the meal package includes three breakfasts (continental

Cancellation and Refunds
